The hotel was situated in a perfect location for exploring the local area, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with plenty of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the meal deal, which offered fantastic value for money.
The check-in process was a bit slow and we were left waiting for some time before being seen. Although the receptionist was polite, they could have been more efficient and organized.

Perfect location for exploring the SW Coast Path and Eden Project, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good meal deals that offer value for money.
The hotel is a bit far away from the town center, and taxis can be expensive, especially when you go out in the evenings. the hotel rooms can get too hot, and the floors can be creaky, which might disturb light sleepers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cornwall. The location was superb, situated on a small business park overlooking St Austell Bay. It offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities and a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also wonderful, with a great selection of delicious options to start the day. I have stayed here before and will definitely be back again.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem with its stunning hillside location overlooking St Austell. The prices are unbelievably good, especially if you opt for the non-refundable option. The attention to detail is impressive, with lovely touches like towels shaped as sea creatures for the little ones. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our week-long stay a delight. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the usual facilities you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Plus, the breakfast provided is a great way to start the day.
All was spot on!
